What do I need to install LINK-E?
A compatible electrical panel and an Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or enabled SIM connection.
If your panel cannot house the module internally, you will need to purchase the LINK-E Box for external installation.
How can I know if my panel is compatible?
Contact our technical-sales team with your panel’s model or serial number. We'll check compatibility and recommend the best installation solution for your system.
What happens if there is no Wi-Fi connection?
If you also have the LINK-E Router module, the connection is ensured via the SIM card.
What additional costs should I consider?
You will need to subscribe to an annual plan at the affordable price of €49.00.
If your panel cannot be connected via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, you will also need to purchase a separate data SIM card.
